This page outlines how Aberame manages purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for our AI solutions, POS systems, ERP Lite, and CRM services. We follow Australian Consumer Law to ensure fair, transparent, and customer-first practices.

At Aberame, our goal is to provide simple, secure, and scalable AI solutions that deliver value from the moment you start. This Sales & Refunds Policy explains how we manage purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for our products and services.

1. Products Covered
This policy applies to all Aberame solutions, including:
Ally Voice AI
Ally Docu AI
NestXO POS Commerce
NestXO ERP Lite
CASA Retail CRM

2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Quotes provided for enterprise projects are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payments
Payments may be made via approved methods, including credit/debit card, EFT, or integrated payment gateways.
For subscription services, charges are billed monthly or annually in advance.
For hardware (POS terminals or accessories, if supplied), payment must be made in full prior to delivery.

4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 14 business days before the renewal date.

5. Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product/service is faulty, not delivered as promised, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or where the product/service performed as described.
For subscription services, partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Trials & Pilots
Certain solutions may be offered as pilots or trial deployments before full purchase.
Refunds are not applicable to pilot projects unless the service was not delivered as agreed.

7. Returns (Physical Products)
If POS hardware or accessories are supplied, items may be returned only if faulty or not as described.
Returned items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
