I spent three decades inside some of India’s largest retail organisations, Future Group, Landmark Group, Aditya Birla Retail, Reliance Retail. I built teams, ran operations, opened formats, managed large-scale growth. I saw what it takes to go from a plan on paper to a system that works on the ground, every day, without falling apart.

What I kept noticing, in retail and then in healthcare, is that growth rarely fails because of poor intent or weak products. It fails because the systems around the core work are not designed to scale. The front door leaks. The team is misaligned. Nobody owns the last mile. Leadership sees the numbers going wrong but can’t name the exact break.

That is what I spent three decades learning to find and fix.
